Location near Kalta Minor is fantastic, but breakfast options were limited and repetitive. Enjoyed a bike tour around the old city.

i had high hopes for this hotel, but alas, it fell short. breakfast was sparse, ‘’more eggs’’ seemed like a chore. noisy corridors ruined my peace. as a guest, i expected a complimentary snack or something for all my troubles. i almost would have left a glowing review, but just couldn't after this. disappointing, really.

Here's my point of view
Nestled in a prime spot, this hotel offers stunning views, especially from the terrace, which is a must-visit. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and feature calming dark wood floors. The breakfast spread is delightful, making mornings enjoyable. Plus, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met!

superb location, clean hotel, amazing rooftop views
The terrace bar needs better personnel and more varied snacks!!! Hot food at breakfast should remain warm, rather than serving it cold!!! English signage for food descriptions would make things easier for non-locals!!!

Can just recommend for a transient stop
Great location, helpful staff, with a spacious room that included modern amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and the convenient access to transportation was ideal for quick airport transfers.
All good.

Couple looking for a unique experience
The hotel is located inside a historic walled complex, so it was easy to explore the old sights. Breakfast was decent with a mix of local dishes, like those pumpkin oven baked samsa!
It was a bit pricey but still worth it.

We stayed with my niece for a wonderful trip to Khiva. The location was spot on, right in the heart of the old city. The rooms were spacious, especially for our large family, and the rooftop offered beautiful views at sunset.
My wife says that breakfast could use more variety.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location makes it super easy to explore the old city, and the rooftop views are amazing. The staff was friendly and helped us arrange a driver to our next destination. Breakfast was solid for what we needed.
One downside was the breakfast coffee. it was just instant, which wasn't ideal.

Had an awesome time here! The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the sauna was a nice bonus. A bit of noise from the hallway could be heard at night, but it didn't ruin my experience at all—definitely climb those stairs to the terrace for breathtaking views! 🌅
